I am really excited about starting work towards my graduate degree. I am not excited about taking this test. I have one month to prepare for it. Woo-Hoo!
Yesterday bad storms came through our area. We were lucky to have been missed by all of the bad stuff but I have already heard of the loss of many homes, businesses, and unfortunately lives. Today there are more storms coming through the area.
Today we are reminded that even the prettiest days can turn bad. Always be ready for whatever comes our way. Stay safe through the storms and don't forget to pray. Yesterday began our Gospel Meeting at the Hamilton Church of Christ. It has been great so far and I am confident that it will continue to be so. The weather may be a little bad tonight, but if you are able, and in the area, I hope you will join us tonight through Wednesday at 7pm.
Tomorrow is Kaycee's birthday. She will be ** years old. We are spending the day in Tupelo and no Tupelo day is complete without a trip to Click fil A.
I love you babe! Happy Birthday Eve! Fifth grade science class isn't so bad. At least for one day. And I have not been tied to the chair or taped to a tree! It's a good day!
I love my job and the young people I work with. I also love being on trips with people who aren't screaming at each other and fighting the whole time! I'm glad Kaycee and I were able to tag along on their lunch trip.
There are two things I enjoy most about photography. Really slow shutter speeds, and really fast shutter speeds. With a fast enough shutter speed you can capture any specific moment in time.
As you can tell, I was very excited in this picture. Maybe it was because I was in the Opryland Hotel with some of my favorite people, or maybe I was excited about getting to take a nap soon. Perhaps the most impressive part of this picture is the height I was able to jump. And I didn't hurt myself in the process. Yay for happy days! |
